It smells great, though. The balcony is full of plants, it's cool and breezy, and the room is lovely.

There are many local tourists, there is nothing nearby except for a 24-hour mart, and there are ants, and transportation is inconvenient with a Grab fare of 80,000 VND one way to Han Market.

Good service, the location is a bit far from the city center, but everything else is okay.

The hotel has a very relaxing balcony and a children's pool. There is ample parking space. However, it's a bit far from the beach.

tldr: beautiful place but cleaning needs improvement i booked the premier double room with a pool view. the place is beautifully designed and decorated and i was really happy when first stepping into the room; however, upon doing a quick run through, i noticed several places that were not properly cleaned. first being the cups set up at the small table near the bed; there was clearly leftover coffee residue from the previous guests. the sink in the kitchenette also had gunk in the little catcher, it was honestly unpleasant to have had to look at that. as these are common areas/things that guests use, i think it is reasonable to expect for them to be cleaned before the room handover. in addition, i also noted that the closet had spillage of something and the bathroom ledge for shampoo also had residue of something; i wouldn’t exactly expect for cleaning staff be searching for such minuscule things to clean, but i think it is something that the hotel can at least consider paying a bit more attention to. i ended up dealing with the cleaning myself cause i checked in later in the day and couldn’t wait til the next day for staff to deal with it. all points docked from service are related to the cleaning issue. as for the room itself, easily 5/5. i love wood and plant elements and the hotel did a great job with that; they did have fake plants to help with the decor but that did not bother me because there were real plants scattered throughout. i also really liked the layout of the room; it was a studio with a kitchenette, bathroom, and balcony but since there was a wall to partially partition the kitchenette and bed, it provided a good degree of separation. also, the room had plenty of floor space to layout luggage and sort through things which is a great plus. the balcony had a view of the pool and had several chairs where you could just sit and chill. the noise from surrounding construction did not bother me at all, but i think you do need to be conscious of the mosquitos. i had to buy mosquito spray in order to circumvent the issue. the pool and sauna on site is nice to have and they also have towels, life-vests, and a shower room near that area as well for you to use. my only suggestion regarding that is for the hotel to figure out ways to rid of the mosquitos in the shower room; stepping into the space felt like i was being swarmed by them, kind of unpleasant. the staff were very helpful during my stay though; assisting with the sauna, explaining the laundry service, and ordering breakfast. they can also speak english so that is helpful too. other services provided on site: laundry, very convenient as you leave it outside your door in the designated basket initially located in your closet and they will return it clean and folded in 24 hours breakfast, they have a little menu in your room and you can let staff know ahead of time what you want. food was decent but i would not recommend. the hotel is kind of located in the middle of nowhere by da nang standards but it’s peaceful. if you are looking for a place that outside of the city center and away from crowds, i would recommend it overall still rating it rather high cause i really like the design of the space.
