Yoga for Queers
About the event
Every first Saturday of each month we offer a 90 min yoga practice by and for Queer folks - a space to practice in community ✨
The session will offer wide breadth of yoga practices to support our bodies, emotions and minds according to the needs of the season - a space to restore, recharge, re-energise and more. It draws from the wisdom of Āyurveda - the ancient South Asian medicine science; and the needs of our day to day lives in a given moment.
We embed neurodivergent, trauma aware and accessible facilitation into all of our offered practices.
All levels, all bodies and all experiences are welcome here.
This practice is offered on a sliding scale from €6-€15. When registering you'll be asked to contribute €6 to help us to cover the cost of the space rental and if you wish to offer more to those who teach/guide you may donate via Bizum, bank transfer or in cash after the practice.
