Gay Sauna in Las Vegas: The Honest 2026 Guide
Last verified: November 2026, from the venues' own websites, directory listings and visitor reports from 2025 and 2026.
Searching for a gay sauna in Las Vegas, a Las Vegas bathhouse or "Entourage Vegas" gets you to a short list: this city has two 24-hour gay men's bathhouses, and nothing else that qualifies. Entourage Vegas Spa sits in the Commercial Center on East Sahara Avenue and is the traditional bathhouse with a heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room and dry sauna. Adonis, on East Flamingo Road near the airport, is the newer, bigger cruise club with a dry sauna, private rooms and a weekly programme of theme nights. Both are a five to ten minute rideshare from the Strip, both run around the clock every day of the year, and both admit adults from 18 with photo ID. Hawk's Gym and Kuma Club, which still appear on older maps, are closed. Prices, policies and crowd notes below come from the venues' published rate cards and 2026 visitor reports; where they disagree we say so.
The scene in brief: bathhouses off the Strip
Las Vegas never quite switches off. Step out of a casino at 4am and the dry desert air hits you after hours of chilled air-conditioning; the slot machines are still chiming behind you. The gay bathhouses run on the same clock. Leave the Strip, though, and you are in the real Las Vegas: wide boulevards, strip malls and low-rise shopping centres where locals live. That is where the saunas are.
The city has no gay neighbourhood in the European sense. The closest thing is the Fruit Loop, the cluster of gay bars around Paradise Road and Naples Drive, east of the Strip near the university, which grew up around Le Cafe, the city's first openly advertised gay bar, opened on Paradise Road in 1970. In 2025 the Nevada Legislature passed a resolution (SCR 2) recognising the Fruit Loop as a historical landmark in Clark County. The saunas are not in the Loop: Entourage is about a mile east of the north end of the Strip, Adonis a few miles east of the centre of the Strip. The one bathhouse that was in the Loop, Kuma Club at 700 E Naples Drive, was reported closed in September 2024 and has not reopened.
The verified saunas
Entourage Vegas Spa and Health Club
Entourage, 953 E Sahara Ave, Suite A19, Las Vegas, NV 89104, in the Commercial Center, the old shopping centre on East Sahara between 6th Street and Maryland Parkway. It is the former Apollo Spa, gay-owned, and has been running since 1993 or 1994 (its own website gives both years). It describes itself as the only all-gay men's spa in Las Vegas and is the one to choose if you want a bathhouse with water:
- a heated indoor pool and a jacuzzi;
- a steam room and a dry sauna;
- a gym, a play room, a dark room and a maze;
- about 50 private rooms, two locker rooms, private and group showers;
- a video room, a smoking lounge, a snack café and a small shop; free towels, Wi-Fi, filtered water and soft drinks.
- a dry sauna (one reviewer notes its floor-to-ceiling windows; others found it cool);
- private rooms with beds, secured lockers, communal and private showers, private bathrooms;
- dark arcades and play areas, a theatre/video room, glory holes and lounges;
- free condoms and lube, towels, Wi-Fi, free secure parking out front;
- no alcohol served.
- Monday: Locals Day 10:00–16:00; Hi Bear Nation 20:00–midnight.
- Tuesday: daytime discount session; Qurious 20:00–midnight, the all-gender night when cis and trans women are admitted free.
- Wednesday: Locals Night 16:00–04:00, the busiest weeknight according to staff and reviewers.
- Thursday: Next Gen Night, free entry for 18–29 with ID.
- Friday: DILF Fridays (45+) in the daytime; Beefs in Briefs underwear night 20:00–midnight.
- Saturday: Club Hades leather, rubber, furry and pup night 20:00–midnight.
- Sunday: quiet day session 10:00–16:00.
- Hawk's Gym, the gay-owned gym-and-sauna club at 953 E Sahara Ave in the same Commercial Center as Entourage, was reported permanently closed in April 2023 (Travel Gay). Some guides still list it.
- Kuma Club, 700 E Naples Dr, Suite 107, in the Fruit Loop, was reported closed in September 2024 (Travel Gay). One directory still showed hours in January 2025, but we found no sign of life in 2026. Do not plan a night around it.
- The Vault (3111 S Valley View Blvd), once listed as a men's cruise club: its domain is now parked and for sale, and no 2025–2026 source describes a gay venue at the address. Treat it as gone.
- Club 512 on Fremont Street, which some older pages describe as a downtown gay bathhouse: no current source confirms it. Downtown has no bathhouse in 2026.
- Neither bathhouse is walkable from the Strip, especially in the heat. Use Uber or Lyft (every casino has a signed rideshare pick-up zone, usually in the parking garage) or a taxi. Entourage is about 10 minutes from the north Strip (SAHARA, The STRAT, Fontainebleau), Adonis about 10 minutes from the centre Strip and 5 from the airport.
- Driving: Adonis has free parking out front; the Commercial Center has a large open lot. Nevada's drink-drive limit is 0.08 and Metro polices it hard around the Strip.
- Bus: RTC route SX runs along Sahara past the Commercial Center and route 202 runs along Flamingo past Adonis, both 24 hours, but at 3am a rideshare is the sensible choice.
- Bring: photo ID, a card or cash, and as little as possible (a clear bag if you are heading to Adonis). Leave your hotel key card in the locker, not in a pocket.
- Ages: bathhouses admit 18+, but bars and casinos are 21+.
- Southern Nevada Health District Sexual Health Clinic, 280 S Decatur Blvd (main facility): STI and HIV testing and treatment, PrEP and PEP, Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:30 with a midday break; walk-ins accepted until capacity is reached. Call (702) 759-1700 to book PrEP or PEP. A second clinic at the Fremont Public Health Center, 2830 E Fremont St, runs Tuesdays plus free Express Testing (walk-in, no symptoms) on Fridays 08:00–16:30. Details: southernnevadahealthdistrict.org/sexual-health.
- The LGBTQ+ Center of Southern Nevada, 401 S Maryland Pkwy, downtown: free HIV and STI testing and PrEP navigation on weekdays (drop-in and appointment) and Saturdays by appointment; (702) 733-9800.
- PEP must start within 72 hours of a risk. Out of clinic hours, go to a hospital emergency department (Sunrise Hospital on Maryland Parkway is the nearest large ER to both bathhouses) or an urgent-care clinic and ask for it by name; US emergency rooms must see you, but bill you afterwards, so travel insurance matters.
- Doxy-PEP (doxycycline after sex) is available through sexual-health clinics in Clark County for men who have sex with men; ask when you test.
- Pharmacies: several CVS and Walgreens branches on or near the Strip are open 24 hours.
- Adonis gives out free condoms and lube; Entourage sells them at the shop. Stay hydrated: the desert, a sauna and alcohol together dehydrate you fast.
- Consent applies everywhere, including in dark areas. A no is a no, a turned back is a no, and staff at both venues will act if someone will not take it.
- Towel on in corridors and lounges unless a theme night says otherwise. Shower before the pool and jacuzzi at Entourage.
- Lock everything. Both venues have secured lockers; do not leave a phone or wallet in a room while you wander.
- No photos, no filming. Both venues ban it and will eject you.
- Chems and alcohol: neither venue sells alcohol; arriving visibly intoxicated gets you turned away at the door. Vegas is full of unknown pills; do not take anything a stranger offers.
- Locals' rates exist at both venues for Nevada ID holders; out-of-towners pay the higher published price. It is not a scam, just ask what you are being charged before you hand over a card.
- Both venues are in ordinary strip-mall surroundings with security cameras in the car parks. Street crime around the Commercial Center and East Flamingo is low-level (car break-ins); do not leave bags visible in a rental car.
- The Strip: Las Vegas Boulevard South and its casino resorts; off-Strip: everywhere else, where locals live.
- The Fruit Loop: the gay bar district around Paradise Road and Naples Drive.
- Downtown or Fremont: the old centre, where the Pride parade runs.
- Commercial Center: the 1960s shopping centre on East Sahara that holds Entourage and several gay bars.
- Metro: the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
- Locals' rate: the discount for Nevada residents with ID.
- Rideshare zone: the signed pick-up area for Uber and Lyft at each casino.
- Party room: a larger private room (Entourage's has a swing).
Hours: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (confirmed on the official site, November 2026).
Prices (official website, membership included in every rate): lockers $20 for four hours or $30 for eight; private rooms $25 for four hours or $40 for eight; the party room with a swing is $75 or $140. In March 2026 one visitor reported paying $40 on a Sunday afternoon and being told it included a non-resident charge, which the website does not mention, so confirm the price at the window before you pay. Cash and card are both taken.
Who gets in: Entourage says it is "a club for men and those who identify as men" and asks for ID that supports your gender identity. Directories list it as 18+ with ID. Phone (702) 650-9191.
What to expect: 2026 reviews are mixed. Several visitors in March and April 2026 reported the pool and jacuzzi out of action for weeks, while another said in March that the pool had reopened. One said the old movie area has been turned into more rooms. Staff get praise and complaints in roughly equal measure. Visitors describe a mixed-age crowd, from late twenties to sixties, and say it can be quiet on weeknights and Sunday afternoons, including on the Wednesday locals' night. Weekend nights after the bars close are the busy window. If the pool is the reason you are going, call first.
Adonis Bathhouse Gay Men's Health Club
Adonis, 2225 E Flamingo Rd, Building 2, Las Vegas, NV 89119, calls itself a 24-hour private men's health club about five minutes from the Strip and from Harry Reid airport. Directories describe it as the largest gay bathhouse in Las Vegas, a newer facility in good condition laid out as a multi-level maze with balconies. Think cruise club with a sauna rather than spa: there is no pool and no steam room.
Hours: 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays (official site).
Prices (published rate card, checked October 2026; flat rate, no re-entry): eight-hour locker membership $40 for travellers, $30 for locals with Nevada ID; small room $49/$39; regular room $59/$49; large room with queen bed and TV $69/$59. Visitor reports match this: a June 2026 guest paid $54 for a medium room on a Saturday night and said locals pay $10 less. Cash and card at the door.
Theme nights (programme as published in 2026; it changes, so check the club's Instagram @adonisclublv or call (702) 957-3303):
Who gets in: 18+ with valid government photo ID. Trans men and women are welcome at all hours; cisgender women only on the designated all-gender nights. A March 2026 reviewer reports a clear-bag-only policy, and photography is banned everywhere inside. Dress is towel or nude except on themed nights (underwear on Beefs in Briefs, gear on Club Hades).
What to expect: reviewers praise the cleanliness and layout but several found it quiet outside the theme-night windows; Wednesdays, Saturdays and convention weekends are the safe bets. It is the more trans-inclusive of the two and the one with a social programme; Entourage is the one with water.

When to go
Both bathhouses are open all night, every night, so the question is when they are busy. Friday and Saturday from about 23:00 until 04:00, after the Fruit Loop bars thin out, is peak at both. Adonis's theme nights (Wednesday locals, Friday underwear, Saturday Club Hades) draw their own crowds between 20:00 and midnight. Big convention weeks (CES in January, the trade shows in spring and autumn) and event weekends such as Sin City Classic (14–18 January 2027, with host hotels at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas) and Las Vegas Pride in October noticeably fill both venues. Sunday afternoons and Monday to Tuesday nights are quiet; good if you want the pool to yourself, bad if you want company. In summer, afternoons regularly top 40°C (104°F); the venues are air-conditioned, but the walk from a rideshare across a sun-baked car park is not.
Getting there and around at night
Apps and hookup culture
Grindr and Scruff are busy, inflated by tourists and conventioneers who will be gone in three days. Sniffies shows a lot of "hosting" at Strip hotels; be aware that most casino towers require a room key to reach the lifts after midnight and security does check. Meet first in a public place, never send money, and be wary of anyone steering you to an unfamiliar address off the Strip. The bathhouses are the low-risk option: staffed, lit, with lockers for your valuables. Both venues have Wi-Fi, and both forbid photography, so keep the phone in the locker.
The law in Nevada
Same-sex sexual activity is legal across the United States since Lawrence v. Texas (2003) and same-sex marriage since Obergefell v. Hodges (2015); Bostock v. Clayton County (2020) bars employment discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Nevada went further than the federal floor: it repealed its sodomy law in 1993, married same-sex couples from 2014, wrote marriage equality into the state constitution by referendum in 2020, and bans discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in employment, housing and public accommodation. Bathhouses are legal private clubs for adults.
Public sex is a crime. "Open or gross lewdness" (NRS 201.210) and "indecent or obscene exposure" (NRS 201.220) are gross misdemeanours on a first offence, punishable by up to 364 days in jail and a fine of up to $2,000, and become category D felonies (one to four years) for a repeat offence or if a child is present. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police (Metro) polices both the city and unincorporated Clark County, including the Strip. Parks, adult-shop arcades, casino bathrooms and hotel pools are not safe or legal places for sex: keep it inside the bathhouses, which are private, staffed and built for it. Nevada legalised recreational cannabis in 2017 but consuming it in public, including inside the venues, remains illegal.

Safety and etiquette
Nearby alternatives: the Fruit Loop and beyond
If a bathhouse is not your evening, or you want a drink first, the Fruit Loop around Paradise Road and Naples Drive has most of the city's gay bars within a block of each other: Piranha Nightclub and the attached Gipsy for dancing, QuadZ Video Bar and The Phoenix for a long bar night. Cruisier options sit outside the Loop: Fun Hog Ranch at 495 E Twain Ave is the rustic leather-and-fetish-friendly bar listed as open 24 hours Tuesday to Sunday; Badlands and The Garage are the neighbourhood bars where locals drink before heading to Adonis. In the Commercial Center itself, a few doors from Entourage, Flex Cocktail Lounge and Backdoor Lounge are a short walk across the car park. For video-booth cruising there is Adult World Arcade, which we list on our Las Vegas cruising page with the usual warning about Nevada's lewdness law. Downtown, Hamburger Mary's does drag brunch, and the Pride parade runs along 4th Street every October. See the full gay Las Vegas guide for hotels and events.
Las Vegas Pride and the big weekends
Las Vegas Pride is in October, when the desert heat has eased. The 2026 edition celebrated 43 years: the Night Parade ran downtown on Friday 9 October 2026, with a block party from 18:00 on 4th Street and the main stage at 4th Street and Bridger Avenue, and the Pride Festival on Saturday 17 October 2026 at the Desert Breeze Events Center, 8455 Kids Zone Pkwy, noon to 22:00, family-friendly until 19:00, then Pride After-Dark (21+). Pride 2027 dates are not announced yet; expect the same pattern, a Friday night parade and a Saturday festival in October. The other big gay weekend is Sin City Classic, the LGBTQ+ sports festival over the Martin Luther King holiday weekend, 14–18 January 2027 for its 20th edition, with the host hotels at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas. Both bathhouses report their busiest nights on these weekends.
A few words to know
Keep this page honest
Bathhouse hours, prices and theme nights change without notice, and the only sources that update faster than this page are the venues' own websites and Instagram accounts. If you visited Entourage or Adonis recently and found a different price, a closed pool, a new theme night or a new door policy, or if a new club has opened in Las Vegas, use the "suggest an edit" link on the venue listing and tell us the date of your visit. We re-check this page against the official sites and 2026 reviews, and we remove venues only when a closure is confirmed by a dated source.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a gay sauna in Las Vegas?
Yes, two men's bathhouses, both open 24 hours and both off the Strip. Entourage, at 953 E Sahara Ave in the Commercial Center, is the former Apollo Spa and has a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and dry sauna. Adonis, at 2225 E Flamingo Rd, Building 2, is a larger cruising-style club with a dry sauna, private rooms, video areas and weekly theme nights, but no pool or steam room.
How much does a gay bathhouse in Las Vegas cost?
Entourage's website lists lockers from $20 and rooms from $25 for four hours, or $30 and $40 for eight hours, membership included, though a 2026 visitor reported paying more as a non-resident. Adonis's rate card lists an eight-hour locker at $40 for travellers and $30 for locals, and rooms from $49 to $69 ($39 to $59 for locals); a June 2026 visitor paid $54 for a medium room on a Saturday night.
What do I need to get in?
A valid government photo ID, and you must be at least 18. Entourage says it is for men and those who identify as men. Adonis welcomes trans men and women at all hours and admits cisgender women on designated all-gender nights (Tuesday Qurious). A 2026 reviewer reports a clear-bag-only policy at Adonis, and photography is not allowed at either venue.
Which Las Vegas bathhouse is better?
Entourage if you want a pool, jacuzzi and steam room and a classic bathhouse; Adonis if you want a bigger, newer cruise club, a social programme of theme nights and a trans-inclusive door. Many visitors do one each on a two-night trip; they are about 15 minutes apart by car.
Are Hawk's Gym and Kuma Club still open?
No. Travel Gay reports that Hawk's Gym, in the Commercial Center on East Sahara, closed permanently in April 2023, and that Kuma Club, on East Naples Drive in the Fruit Loop, was reported closed in September 2024. Older guides and maps may still list them.
When is Las Vegas Pride 2027?
Dates are not announced yet. Las Vegas Pride is held in October, with a Friday night parade downtown and a Saturday festival; in 2026 those were 9 and 17 October.
