Las Vegas's indoor cruising happens mostly near the Fruit Loop, and in adult bookstores and video arcades east and southeast of the Strip. The city isn't built for outdoor cruising—no parks or wooded areas, just a grid for cars. So nearly all of it happens inside.

Las Vegas has adult bookstores and video arcades that double as cruising spots. They're on the commercial strips east of the main casino corridor. You can get to most by car or rideshare; some are walkable from the Fruit Loop bar area.
Facilities and crowds vary a lot. The nicer sex shops are well-kept. The video arcades attached to some of them are the city's main indoor cruising option, outside of dedicated sauna/sex club venues.

Practical Notes on the Scene
Nevada's adult entertainment framework covers Las Vegas's indoor venues. Health standards are enforced. Most video arcades have attendants, regular cleaning schedules, and clear posted rules. This isn't a grey-market operation like in some cities; it's all within a legal framework.

Safety
Las Vegas's adult entertainment district is heavily monitored and generally safe. The Fruit Loop area and nearby commercial streets are lit and busy. Standard precautions still apply: know your surroundings, keep your phone safe, and figure out how you're getting home before you go out.
Indoor venues have their own rules. Read them. Some ban phones entirely; follow their policy, even if you don't think it applies to you.
