I had an unfortunate experience with one of the bartenders, during my recent visit. While I understand that there may be policies regarding complimentary drinks and gaming activity, the way this was communicated to me felt unnecessarily confrontational. I was actively gambling and had spent a reasonable amount, expecting to qualify for a few drinks. However, when I requested a third drink, I was told in a dismissive tone that the drinks are “$26 each” and that I was “not betting enough,” along with an implication that I was “abusing the system.” This approach came across as accusatory and unprofessional. If there are specific requirements for complimentary drinks—such as a minimum coin-in amount—it would be much more helpful to clearly communicate those guidelines to guests upfront. Without clear indicators (like the green/red light system used in other establishments), guests are left guessing, which can lead to misunderstandings like this. As a local, I’ve generally had positive experiences, which made this interaction particularly disappointing. It’s not just about the policy itself, but how it’s communicated. A more respectful and informative approach would go a long way in creating a better customer experience.

Reeked of cigarette smoke.

The staff is good, but this bar is very bare bones and the bathroom feels like a park bathroom. The music is always ridiculously loud.

Came over for a drink or 2! Kile was my bartender! Played 20 dollars got a drink , played ( up and down ) Yet l got a straight flush ! So it’s 60 dollars so l got 85 dollars ! Continued playing ! Got 76.25 Asked for another beer ( Stella ) drink ! He said , you must play 20 dollars , l said , l did . Just won . He said he can’t give me a beer comp . I asked why ? His answer! You need to loose 20 for you to get a drink ! I said , l won ! I just want a drink . I PAID ! Cashed out ! MY PROBLEM HERE!! The other players ( NEXT TO ME ) got 3-4 drinks FREE ! No charge to him. If it is a rule ! Do it for him every one !! DONT KNOW WHAT HIS PROBLEM was! If he is like that ! He shouldn’t be a bartender in any gay location !! Now he is making free shots for the other player! No charge !!!

Chill spot, good service, good drinks.
