We expected more. But were disappointed. One small elevator to the whole first building. Creaky floor boards in the room. Bathroom door very hard to close - and very loud to open/close. Not enough water in the shower to order to shower - need to use the tub, but no shower curtain around the tub. The zink is very stylish - but so small you can’t wash your hands without getting water all over. Wooden things in shower that are rotting. No Air Conditioner in the room. Relatively expensive breakfast buffet for what is served.

A very nice hotel in a near-central location. Very friendly staff, bicycle rental, and a lovely courtyard for relaxing.

Especially for Tivoli, it was a great choice; the rooms were very clean.

Very nice, close to Copenhagen Central Station and surrounded by good restaurants. Very unique, sustainable decor, a lovely courtyard, a garden for breakfast, and good food. It creates a feeling of being on holiday and feeling good.

Wonderful overnight stay - easy to walk to landmarks, near the metro. Clean, eco-conscious hotel. Delicious breakfast. Incredibly kind staff. Great amenities. Will look to stay with Guldsmeden hotels from now on when visiting Europe.

Generally nice hotel. Excellent location, near the central station & Tivoli gardens. Despite being incredibly small, the room was pleasant and nicely presented. Unfortunately, there were two days when it wasn't serviced leaving us without clean towels. Whilst this was rectified after contacting reception, we felt it should have been done as a matter of course. The gym felt very "form over function", with a beautiful looking wooden spin bike that it was completely impossible for me to get a comfortable riding position, and a manual curved treadmill that looked fabulous, but I found incredibly difficult to actually run on.

Excellent location. Service was phenomenal. Leo guided us quite a few times inside and outside the hotel in many languages! He was great and helpful. We had a great time.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. We felt very well taken care of and guided throughout our visit. We had the support of Leonardo, who attended to us exceptionally well and suggested several activities, objectively helping us make the most of our trip in the city. Excellent human warmth and outstanding service.
