Qui Hotel & Spa

First of all, I am a very picky person when it comes to hotels, but I was genuinely impressed with this small boutique hotel. Although the hotel is small, the room and bathroom were a very decent size and everything was extremely clean. Honestly, I would say this hotel could easily exceed Most Holiday Inn hotels anywhere in the world. Most importantly, the receptionist, Rayyna, was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful, polite, professional, and spoke good English. Every request I had was handled quickly, and she really made me feel at home during my stay. There was another gentleman, who was super helpful and polite too... The service overall was warm, friendly, and professional. I truly felt comfortable and welcomed the whole time. Breakfast is not a buffet, but they offer a set menu with a few different options and prepare it individually for each guest. It was fresh, healthy, and definitely enough to start the day properly. The location is also very convenient, with public transport right nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. What you pay here is probably only a quarter of what you would pay at a five-star hotel, but the comfort, cleanliness, and service were outstanding.

Great new hotel, nice room and toilet layout. Size good enough. Worth staying in here next time. Only two points which were discussed with the admin are the noise in some cases at night when other guests return to their rooms and smoke inside, although it’s not allowed in the rooms (at least thats what front-disk lady said) In general, it’s excellent.

I stayed at Qui last week with my son and we had a really nice time. The bed was extremely comfortable and I even thought about asking if I could take one of the pillows home. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return.

Best hotel ever , they care about the resident very clean , and they didn’t asked me about money from the first day i have paid the second day , reception are kind .

The room was elegant and spotless, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, the tea was wonderful, and every member of the staff was genuinely kind, professional, and always smiling. A heartfelt thank you to REYYAN for the exceptional hospitality and for making our stay unforgettable. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It truly deserves more than five stars. Highly recommended!
