Qui Hotel & Spa

Very nice people work at this hotel. This is our first time in Turkey, and no one tried to cheat us! Mr. Umit, who greeted us, kindly showed us our rooms for inspection. He speaks excellent English, and it was very nice to understand each other. Special thanks to the cook, Ms. Dana, for her hospitality and kind heart. She cooked porridge especially for my daughter. Thank you to Ms. Gul🌸 for the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel! The beds are very comfortable, the sheets and towels are all clean! The WiFi works great! We spent 3 nights here with my family. Rooms 202 and 203. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the air freshener in the rooms. It's very strong and there's too much of it. P.S. It's very nice that no one pressures me to write a review. I write from the heart!

We stayed at this hotel for about nine days. The receptionist was very polite and helpful; she literally took our requests into account. But now for the bad news: I'd like to point out that the hotel is relatively new, recently renovated, and everything was very clean upon check-in. Unfortunately, due to our long stay, it was already dirty on the fifth day. They swept the floor at our request, but the floors were unwashed, and the bathroom was also dirty. I think they should definitely take this into account in the future. The breakfasts were very poor; I've attached a photo. A huge downside is that the hallway is very audible, and if the neighbors upstairs were smoking or cooking, the smells could be felt in our room (I assume it's due to poor ventilation). I'm a non-smoker, and this made me nauseous. I couldn't sleep long in the morning and woke up to the smell because the neighbors started smoking around 6-7 AM. They need to control this. There were a lot of different people sitting in the lobby, every day there were different people constantly looking at the guests, and as a girl, I didn't feel safe. Pros: Good location.

Great new hotel, nice room and toilet layout. Size good enough. Worth staying in here next time. Only two points which were discussed with the admin are the noise in some cases at night when other guests return to their rooms and smoke inside, although it’s not allowed in the rooms (at least thats what front-disk lady said) In general, it’s excellent.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. We were very pleased. It was very clean. I recommend it to those who want to travel close to everything. Amazing. Spotlessly clean.

Everything was wonderful.

Super friendly and attentive staff and beautiful rooms. Comfortable bed, stylishly furnished, and everything clean and in good condition. The location is perfect if you want to explore Istanbul's old town. A tram stop is practically right outside, making it easy to get around. There's also a main street directly in front, but the windows are well-insulated, so you can still sleep soundly.

A brand new, very clean hotel with excellent service. I highly recommend the location; everything is nearby.

Every time we visit Istanbul, this hotel will definitely be our preferred place to stay. We stayed at this hotel in the city center for one week. The hotel had opened just a few months prior. Due to some bad experiences with other hotels, I initially booked only one night. After realizing how excellent the hotel truly is, I decided to book the rest of my vacation here. The bed is large, comfortable, and perfect for a good rest. Almost everything in the hotel is new and very clean. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality offered. I stayed at this hotel in the city center for a week. The hotel had recently opened, just a few months prior. Because of previous bad experiences with other hotels, I initially booked only one night. After confirming that the hotel was truly excellent, I extended my booking for the rest of my vacation. The bed is a double, large, and very comfortable, and almost everything is new and clean. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality and service. We were greeted at reception by Noureddine, who was very friendly and helpful, and we have the utmost respect for him. Every time we visit Istanbul, this hotel will be our preferred choice for accommodation.
