I really liked everything. Good location, comfortable room, everything you need. The room was cleaned every day and clean towels were brought every day. Very friendly staff. The guys at the reception were always helpful. Breakfasts are generally great. The woman who prepares breakfasts made us Turkish coffee every morning. I really liked everything. I highly recommend it.

We had a very disappointing stay at Matarca Konak Hotel. First, we were charged an additional 20 EUR for a so-called “tax fee,” which was not clearly communicated during the booking. After booking through an agency, we also received a message stating that our reservation was marked as not stayed which was confusing and unprofessional. The room condition was very poor. There were ants on the floor, the room did not seem properly cleaned, the toilet flush was not working properly, and there was no hot water Overall, the experience was far below expectations. The service at reception was also unhelpful and not welcoming. We do not recommend this hotel, especially considering there are much better options available in the same price range

The hotel was excellent, the breakfast was superb, and the staff were very kind and friendly, especially Kemal and Ibrahim, they were wonderful people.

Жила не в отеле, здесь только завтракала, так как в моем отеле не было такой возможности. Завтрак готовит удивительная, приятная и самая улыбчивая хозяюшка! Она готовит самый вкусный кофе по-турецки в Стамбуле! Всегда участливая, готова помочь советом! Благодарю от всего сердца!

it was a good experience and the staff make it really better they are so friendly kind and professional and helpful too they help us to choose places to visit or to buy gifts for family . jamal and ibrahim always ask me if i need help or if there is something i dont like . and the woman who cook the breakfest always ask to try the turkich food that she make . thank u so much
