All around amazing experience! Convenient location with TONS of parking. We were welcomed on arrival & immediately made to feel at home. The salt room was such a cool experience. But the most amazing part is definitely the sauna floors! My friend and I had got the package for 2, and got to enjoy 2 hours of total relaxing girls time! We got to sip wine, laugh, and just enjoy in a private sauna setting. You literally get the whole floor to yourself for your visit! There is a pool table and massage chair and chess table as well. We loved hitting the sauna then cold buckets after. The steam sauna is so nice as well! Definitely will return!

Amazing spot to relax with girlfriends!

Such a wonderful experience this evening. I rented the space for my birthday with a number of girlfriends. It was private, relaxing, accommodating, and wonderful. Will be back. Staff were also wonderful by phone, text and in person.

Fantastic price for a super relaxing and private sauna experience. It's like chilling in your own private basement sauna room. Definitely book more than 2 hours if you have a group larger than 4 though, as the cold plunge buckets refill a little slowly so doing hot/cold circuit can take extra time as your group goes through them. You won't regret the extra time though. But it's an unreal experience and an absolute hidden gem. Highly recommend it!

Absolutely incredible place! One of a kind in Edmonton area. Very comfy and nice place, well equipped, the staff is incredible helpful and caring. We met the owners and absolutely amazed with those beautiful people! I would recommend this place to everyone! 👍
