Avenue Hotel Chicago

My husband and I stayed for a short trip here last August, and it was not a comfortable stay. The mattress is too small for the frame, so I ended up getting terrible neck pain that lasted for a few days after our trip. Not very tidy either, there was a creepy hand print by the window, and they overbooked their rooms, so some random couple were left sleeping on the couches - which we could hear since the walls are very thin. They do make an effort to decorate, but it's just not enough to ignore the other issues. We asked for a refund, but were denied, so I would NOT recommend staying here.

This particular brand has a couple different locations and I can truly say I’ve never had one bad experience from the awesome customer service to the awesome upkeep to the cleanliness. Even the people that be surrounded at these locations. Everything is always a beautiful experience a very good nights rest and it’s a place that I would recommend every single day of the week hands-down this is one of the best places to come to in Chicago

This particular merchant has a couple of locations and I can truly save. I’ve never had one bad experience from the location that is perfect just around every single thing you may possibly need to the customer service to the cleanliness to the upkeep to the people that’s even at these locations. Everything is always beautiful from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone any day of the year.

The service is great , the place is clean , I’ve stayed here for a while , it had great surveillance and everything . I was really impressed with everything. I recommend booking here if you want a great and comfortable stay.

This is now my go to in Chicago for meetings. Central location and very nice decor. Right off bus line.

Great place to stay! The self check in is awesome and it was fun to explore Humboldt in the snow.

I'm so angry. I had to wait outside for a long time due to the rude guidance. I didn't receive any advance email instructions. They said I needed a code to enter, but I didn't receive one. The surrounding area was very unsafe. There were a lot of homeless people loitering around.
