Legacy Montrose Clinic (Legacy Community Health)

Legacy Community Health grew out of the Montrose Clinic, founded in the early 1980s at the height of the AIDS crisis, and remains a key provider of LGBTQ-affirming and HIV care in Houston. The Montrose clinic offers primary care, sexual-health services, PrEP and gender-affirming care. It's a practical resource for visitors who need clinical services while in the city.
