Trillium Health

Trillium Health is Rochester's leading LGBTQ+ and HIV care provider — a federally qualified health center on Monroe Avenue offering affirming primary care, gender-affirming services, HIV prevention (including PrEP) and treatment, sexual-health care and pharmacy services on a sliding scale.

Beyond the clinic, Trillium is the organizer of the annual Rochester Pride Parade & Festival and operates the MOCHA Center, its long-running program for LGBTQ+ people of color. It functions as the practical backbone of queer community life in the Rochester region.
