About this place Trillium Health

Trillium Health is a community health centre at 259 Monroe Ave in Rochester. It began as an HIV/AIDS service organisation and now provides LGBTQ+-affirming primary care, gender-affirming care, PrEP and HIV treatment, sexual-health testing and pharmacy services. Fees are on a sliding scale based on income. It is a clinic, not a social venue. In recent years it has also been involved in organising Rochester Pride. Mixed feelings because on one hand the turnover of PCPs was ridiculous, and in one case, they just canceled an appointment because someone left without scheduling me with the new one. On the other hand one of them set the stage for finding my cancer and probably saved my life.
