If I was limited to only two words, they would be CLEAN and QUIET! But since I'm not limited, I have to say this is one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. I believe it was Rodney who helped check us in, super friendly and explained everything. The place was clean, like super clean. Our room, superb. Not only was the bed comfortable, the sheets were soft and quality, not scratchy stiff like other places. And to top it all off, the room had a kitchen with stove, sink, microwave, full-size fridge, coffee maker, and even a dish washer! Shower....HOT, unlike other places where you get semi-warm water. I will most certainly stay here again on my next trip to visit family. Highly Recommended!

Great location. Near everything and walkable to large stores. Plenty of parking. Everything is pretty much new. Look at art and sculptures to see if it's your type of place longer term.

The best hotel in this area for longer stays. There are cheaper options nearby, but I think the value for money here is absolutely worth it. Some of the rooms are as good as new, and there’s nothing to complain about when it comes to service and cleanliness. Always happy to come back.

Great place to stay and good rates!

First time there thought it was a different hotel but I was very pleased. Wish they had a pool but I definitely will be going back.

I have to rate this hotel a 4/5 stars and I’ll tell you why! They only lack a star due to the comfort of the beds, we had a king suite and the bed was very mediocre in comfort which could honestly be a personal preference. We did have an issue during our stay however, when brought to the front desk ambassador’s attention she made sure to make the general manager aware almost literally immediately and given the time (late as hell) I was not only surprised to have been cared for in such a way but to receive a phone call from the GM at that hour spoke volumes to the integrity of the hotel and its mission to make every guest feel special and valued. Should I need to come to the area again, I will consider this hotel over all for the care and consideration alone.

Rooms really nice. no lock on bathrooms so if you share a room, need make a closed door rule. Was given a room and it was occupied. Had go get new room.

My family recently experienced a rather tragic situation and everything from the service out the gate to the suite has been nothing short of exemplary.
