Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown

However, many guests complain about significant noise from traffic, which can disrupt sleep even on higher floors, and some have noted cleanliness issues in the rooms.

Front desk is OK could work on customer service. Rooms need better cleaning. The bar is great tho great music brandy is a great bartender we will be back
They sire try hard, the place was very busy so it was a bit of chaos. We had an event and everything was very clean and the staff treated us very kindly.
Booked a hotel room here for a wedding. After sitting at an airport for 6 hours, I missed the wedding and had called to cancel my room and request a refund. They denied my request, which was understandable I had a no-refund room. However, they called me back 10 minutes later asking if they could give the room to another family. I said no because my brother would be staying in the room and they were not understanding of the ordeal I just went through when I asked for a refund. They went ahead and gave the family the room anyways despite me politely saying no. 1/5 Stars - they will go behind your back and dishonor your request.
Booked a handicap room, got there and they didn’t have any. My dad couldn’t shower for 3 days, had to go all the way down to the pool to use a handicap bathroom. Will not stay here again.
The room was alright (it was clean but water pressure was next to non existent)…. The pool was overly chlorinated (burned your eyes without even having been under water), breakfast was good though. Communication via staff was decent but you needed to communicate in person at the front desk or call as they would not respond via the Hilton App chat. Was NOT informed of what seemed to have been a lengthy time of construction in front of the hotel/parking garage and the garage itself was a nightmare to navigate with numerous people driving the wrong way and nearly causing accidents (not the hotels fault on the drivers aspect). Overall, I do not believe I will be coming back to this Hilton location if I were to be in Rochester again, I felt as a burden to some staff members to have even been there. I did not feel that way at other locations.
