Where do I start? The parking garage is confusing, dark and dirty. No signage providing directions ,no luggage trolleys and no assistance or call phone for assistance. The room was just ok. The location of hotel is just ok. Loads of construction noise and dust and no shops and very few restaurants within 1 mile. Room service is non existent until night 3 or constant requests to the main desk for needed items.Trash in our room was overflowing with rare sighting of service personnel. No instruction at check -in regarding operations or service unless you call. Breakfast buffet was ok ,coffee was very good at the buffet. It seems like Hyatt may be having a huge issue with filling positions or has chosen to keep a skeleton crew. Shout out and thanks to Robin who assisted with retrieving items one day. We will not be returning.

I went outside to explore and found one food hall nearby and a brown river with a falls overlook that was covered in graffiti. It did not feel safe walking around in any direction so I retreated to the hotel for a workout in the fitness center. The gym was tiny and hot. There were 3 treadmills but one was not functioning so I had to sit and wait for my turn. The only weights were a rack of free weights. I would not recommend this hotel.

A bit uncommon with Hyatt brand, but one of the worst Hyatt experience I have ever had. I would not recommend family with cars, and elderly parents to stay here. Firstly, from the check in & parking situation: no attendant at loading zone, and even when they saw me and my elderly parents struggling with luggage, they offered no help. The bell cart was old, and they were loading in the lobby where staff could visibly see. Parking had issue where the usual route wasn’t working and the staff did not seem to even care. Secondly, at check in, the staff did not informed us to request about for housekeeping. I used online check in, and texted the hotel to get more towels, and had no response. Thirdly, the staff at the property doesn’t even acknowledge our presence as guest, and treated us like inconveniences when we asked them questions. I would urge Hyatt regency to not renew with this place because it would damage its brand image. 2/10.
