The staff here are AMAZING!!!! My daughter and I went in to inquire about many of their services and every person we came in contact with were beyond kind.

I had such a great experience with Trillium for years. It's gotten so bad recently that I had to request a new PCP at a different place because the office would sometimes just go a month without answering me or not following up in setting up new appointments when I've stated what I rough time I was going through health wise. I've never wanted to escalate a complaint at ANY business or institution before now. It feels like they're just too busy and can't handle it. I hope they understand there are real people's lives they're being cruel to. If you can't handle the amount of patients, stop taking new ones.
