The MOCHA Center is Rochester's community organization for LGBTQ+ people of color, founded in 1996 (originally as Men of Color Health Awareness). It offers health and wellness programming, youth services, HIV prevention and community-building focused on Black, Latino and other communities of color.
Now a program of Trillium Health, MOCHA continues to run culturally specific outreach and events, and has been recognized locally for its human-rights work. It is a key part of Rochester's LGBTQ+ support network.
Find the Rochester center on West Main Street; details are available through Trillium Health.
