Very satisfied with my stay at the hotel from 1/12/25 to 22/12/25 due to bathroom renovation just 2 negative points 1 the TV had no decoder so I could not see TV 2 the elevator could use some renovation

Sooooo bad I still have 2 days here And i think this hotel not worth

Well, not recommended for the price. The room is very basic but clean. It's so noisy on the ground floor that you feel like you're sleeping on the street. The reception was never staffed during my visit. Getting in was also a bit difficult. Okay for an expensive night, but otherwise not recommended.

Absolutely trash place, for a bed and a bathroom it’s ok but everything’s broken and just needs so much work. Our door handle to our room literally was falling apart. Don’t stay here even if it’s cheap

I reserved a room and made a deposit. Upon arrival in the evening, it turned out the reservation had been cancelled. No one else was reachable by phone. Fortunately, I was able to book another hotel on the other side of the city.

The bathroom window was broken at the hinge, the water in the shower takes at least 5 minutes to begin warming up and doesn’t ever get beyond barely warm, I had to pull a clump of hair out of the drain because it wasn’t draining. the kettle leaks so can’t be filled above the minimum line, the fridge has been partially melted by someone, the entire bathroom is in a state is disrepair and frankly if my friends and I hadn’t spent a small fortune to book this accomodation we would’ve already moved to almost anywhere else. The only advantage it has over a hostel is the fact we aren’t sharing the bathroom with strangers, it’s certainly not a secure room with the stairs from the back garden leading up to the back patio where the broken bathroom window is. In addition is the noise that not only echoes but the fact it comes from everywhere, other rooms, a loud school nearby, etc.

I booked five nights at Budget Flats Brussels through Agoda – a huge mistake. This place shouldn't even be allowed to house anyone. It's an unsanitary hovel: the walls are covered in mold, the smell in the room is nauseatingly bad, and the humidity is so high that we all developed a severe cough within the first few hours. It was impossible to stay another night – we fled the very next morning to urgently find a clean place to stay on Airbnb. I've never seen such deplorable living conditions; it's a serious health hazard for guests. What's most unacceptable is that this kind of establishment is still listed on Agoda, a platform that's supposed to guarantee a minimum level of quality and safety. Shame on them for continuing to list this place without a clear warning. My advice: avoid Budget Flats Brussels at all costs, and think twice before booking through Agoda.

We have a complaint. The room was beyond expectations, but in a bad way. When entering the building, a smell came towards me, which I interpreted as a bad omen for the things to come. The room was very outdated, the refrigerator was rusty and burned, and the kettle and microwave looked like they came straight from a second-hand shop. For a room with a price tag of around 58 euros, it's just too much. Don't just take my judgment for it, let the photos speak for themselves.

I had a good experience at this hotel; the rooms were very clean and the service was good. I will definitely return.

Very disappointed with the establishment due to the cleanliness of the room and common areas (used tissues under the beds, dirt on the doors, mold in the bathroom), the broken bathroom window (we complained because in the middle of January, an open window 24/7 makes it cold, and we were told (you weren't supposed to use the window), hot water only available one out of four times... I would not recommend this establishment but rather avoid it.
