Hotel Phenix
Some visitors found the hotel clean and the staff helpful, especially for business trips or reaching exhibition centers. However, many guests complained about very thin walls leading to noise disturbances from neighbors, small rooms and bathrooms, and issues with parking availability and cost.

No response, neither in writing nor by email. Parking is supposedly included, but it's located away from the hotel and doesn't officially belong to it, yet there's an additional charge of €15. The staff is unfriendly, the walls are incredibly thin, so you hear noises from other rooms as if they were right there. The rooms are very small and NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN! Zero space! Neither in the hallway, nor in the room, nor in the bathroom. If necessary, you can sit on the toilet and shower at the same time. Otherwise, I really can't say anything good. I completely agree with the other reviews regarding the location and the filth!
Fine rooms, but no air conditioning or any kind of fan. As a result, the window was open, so there was a lot of street noise.
I liked it and I recommend it.
The staff are extremely rude and approach guests in a highly disrespectful manner. The hotel smells terrible, the rooms are not clean at all, and the toilets are absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend staying at this hotel. I came here intending to stay for one night, but due to the stench, I didn't get any sleep at all; I am now heading straight to another hotel.
A useful, clean place. Price: €82 for two people per night in a budget room. It's great.
