The best gay party in Europe

I am extremely disappointed by my experience at the La Démence event. I traveled across Europe from Geneva, with a ticket and hotel booked specifically for this evening. Upon arrival, I encountered security guards with an unacceptable lack of professionalism! The head of security addressed me informally from the start and spoke to me in an insulting tone, saying, "Are you kidding me?" because of a small bottle of alcohol in my bag. Then his colleague grabbed my bottle of poppers and publicly shouted to his colleagues that it was GHB! Despite my explanations, he persisted until a check confirmed that it was indeed poppers. Not a word of apology was offered afterward; quite the opposite, I was given to understand that my "attitude" risked jeopardizing my entry. You can imagine that at that moment, I was the one who preferred not to participate in an event where basic respect and courtesy were lacking. I strongly recommend that the management of La Démence review the selection and training of its security staff. It's a shame that such a reputable event is tarnished by such behavior!
