AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It's a disgrace to rent rooms in such a state. Mold everywhere, even on the beds. A constant smell of damp and mildew, even with the windows opened regularly. After two nights here, my friends and I couldn't sleep for even an hour. Everyone had trouble breathing, felt like they were suffocating, and had allergic reactions. It's unacceptable. And of course, you won't find anyone to complain to. If you want to get sick, come here. Yes, it's cheaper than other places, but we know why. Don't trust the photos at all, because yes, at first glance it looks big and nice, but it's a complete cover-up. I've never stayed in such a pathetic hotel in my entire life. This establishment should have been shut down a long time ago!

Excellent value for money. Modest accommodation; renovation is planned. Good for a stopover. Parking available and rather essential as the street is always busy. Very friendly staff. Tram nearby for getting to the center of Brussels.

We stayed in this property for a few days. It was a nightmare, I'd say. I don't know where to begin when I say that everything was truly awful: zero cleanliness, dust, dirty walls, encrusted and clogged shower, filthy toilet, old and holed towels. I won't comment on the kitchen. There was even a huge spider outside the apartment...I think it was terrified too. It was really cold, and the heating consisted of an electric heater with no fan. The TV didn't work. The only positive thing was the enclosed internal parking lot, unless it happens to be flooded by sewage water. A scary area, avoid!

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was dirty, damp and had a strong smell of mold and humidity. There was visible mold on the walls, dust, and an unpleasant smell throughout the room. The bedding and towels were dirty, and we found hair on the sheets. When we asked the staff to replace the bedding, we were given another set that was also dirty, so the issue was not properly resolved. There was also a strong cigarette smell in the staircase, which made the whole place feel even more unpleasant. Overall, the accommodation felt unhygienic and neglected. Definitely not acceptable for a paid stay. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
