The service was terrible, but above all, the fact that they don't have an elevator (they do have two, but they're constantly broken) and only offer rooms on the third floor, even after we asked them to be polite and mention that we had a stroller and I have asthma. They didn't care. A horrible experience.

I love the minimal and modern decor, which feels very earthy and relaxing after a long day in the city. Because it’s facing inward, there is very little street noise, despite being located in a very central and busy area of the city. Some reviews mention it is small, but I actually found it to be quite spacious and open for a room in EU. The ceilings are high and the space is used in a very smart and practical way. I love the window seating facing the pool, makes the room feel very open and is nice space if you are a reader or just want an extra seating spot to relax. Easy walk from the metro station and lots of shopping at walking distance. Overall loved it and would come back.

Superb, modern hotel in a great location in Ixelles, near the Porte de Namur metro station. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. A real highlight was the delicious and varied breakfast, served in a beautiful setting. The interior garden is a real bonus for relaxing. Excellent value for money for a couple's stay. I highly recommend it!

The standard double rooms are beautifully and cleverly furnished. Usually, hotel photos can be misleading regarding the rooms, but here you get exactly what they suggest. The backyard, garden, and pool are a really great idea – I was able to relax wonderfully. Unfortunately, I can't comment on breakfast or the lobby area, as I only stayed one night. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, I'm very satisfied and think Jardin Secret is a very successful and unique concept!

This was our first trip to Brussels and we found this hotel incredible. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect for dining out and brunching nearby. The metro was close by, but we walked everywhere. The room and the quality of our sleep were excellent.

The garden is neglected and does not correspond to the photos that have been posted. There was no refrigerator or wardrobe in the room and the bathroom had no ventilation. The room and the hotel in general left a feeling of misery. The neighborhood at night is quite dark, which causes insecurity for a family. The comments on booking were removed and only the positives of the hotel were uploaded, which are: it is located in a central location in Brussels and the rooms were spacious. Not value for money…
