My stay in Brussels was PERFECT!! The hotel is great, very family-friendly and welcoming. The staff is exceptionally professional. ☺️ The staff was able to answer all my questions and requests. The room was clean with several thoughtful touches, and the breakfast was truly delicious. It offered a good variety of sweet and savory options, and the fruit was fresh. What I particularly appreciated at the Aqua Hotel was the 24-hour coffee and tea corner. There were even pastries and fruit completely free in the afternoon!! I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and will definitely return on my next trip. Thank you to the staff of this hotel, and see you very soon!!
I absolutely recommend this hotel! I stayed for a total of four nights and it was pure bliss! From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm welcome from the lovely Mélanie and Niki 😊 The friendly atmosphere at this hotel contributed to my feeling so comfortable, and I also want to thank Sarah and Antoine, the managers, whom I constantly encountered with their smiles and infectious enthusiasm. All the staff were available to assist me with any requests and were incredibly pleasant, always smiling. It's true that the alley leading to the hotel is a bit dark, but even traveling alone, I never felt unsafe. The room was very well laid out with a very comfortable bed, and I even found toiletries in the bathroom! The breakfast was delicious, and I highly recommend it (special mention for the sugar donuts—I could have eaten so many...😋). Staying at this hotel greatly enhanced my trip to Brussels and I thank the entire Aqua team!
I was happy with the room and the size. I had a quiet room facing the open space above the atrium. There was an all day coffee machine and pains au chocolat/ croissant and fruits in the afternoon, which is a nice service. It is in a little side street near Porte Namur not far from Boniface where there are many bars and cafés. Downside: in the evening the street is frequented by drug consumers and while I did not experience any offensive behaviour it might be disturbing for some guests. Unfortunately, that is also a reality of big cities though.
Everything was excellent.
Quiet night. Very pleasant, friendly service. The TV remote was missing. The night staff were very responsive, friendly, and pleasant. I recommend it. Good value for money. Breakfast was just okay.
Pleasant stay, great room, and a tasty breakfast. It's a pity that they can't or won't speak Dutch here. I thought Brussels was bilingual.
