Honestly, I'm still wondering if this is really a hotel, a two-star one at that... I don't get it... sure, it's much cheaper than other hotels in Brussels, but good grief, the value for money is just not there. Stained paint, no finishing touches, no toilet paper, no TV, a window that doesn't close, an unsafe front door with a 2cm gap underneath, curtains with holes (moths?), and to top it all off, from 5 am onwards, guys were chiseling away at the tiles, construction work in the hotel right in front of me. Needless to say, I didn't sleep a wink... frankly, it's strange, only book it if you have no other choice... the reception staff were smiling, that's the only positive point...
The hotel did not meet my expectations or justify the price. The door doesn’t lock from the inside, its smells of cigarrettes or something old; you can hear noise from the neightboring rooms, and it’s located in an unsafe area. I went in and left the room immediately, and they still didn't refund my money. This is the worst place I've ever booked; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Terrible hotel, very dirty, smells of sewage, avoid it, cockroaches everywhere even in the bed, rude staff
Significant investments have been made in new, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Excellent value for money. Close to everything (European Quarter, NATO, city center, etc.).
