If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. The experience at this hotel was simply catastrophic. Nonexistent cleanliness: The room was horribly dirty. The floor clearly hadn't been cleaned, and the walls were covered in all sorts of stains. Questionable towels: Upon arrival, one of the two towels was already dirty, even though it was neatly folded. Very worrying regarding the overall hygiene... Disgusting bathroom: No place to put your things, stained tiles, and worst of all... a disgusting false eyelash found on the shower faucet 🤮!! To top it all off, a cockroach was calmly wandering around 🤮. It's truly an unsanitary place!!! Cold and rushed reception: No sense of hospitality whatsoever. You feel like you're bothering them more than anything else. Outrageous value for money: €75 a night for this level of neglect is a complete rip-off. This establishment shouldn't even be allowed to house guests. I only stayed there as a last resort, but I strongly advise against this place for anyone who values ​​comfort and hygiene.
