What reviewers say

Visitors praise the club's nice facilities, friendly staff, and good fitness and wellness offerings, with some highlighting the gym and restaurant. However, many complain about overcrowding, particularly in the pool area and corridors, making it feel oppressive. There are also significant concerns regarding a lack of elevators, poor maintenance, and issues with class scheduling and honoring membership promises.

The club is pretty nice but people coming there and most coaches- perfect! When tired after work and the need to empty mind or to load batteries in the morning- this is the place!

0 Stars (If I could give zero, I would) A Toxic Environment, Legal Liabilities, and Predatory Management If you are a professional, expat, or diplomat considering a €3,600 annual membership at Aspria Avenue Louise, I strongly advise you to take your money elsewhere. Under the current General Manager, Arnaud Micheels, what is marketed as a premium luxury wellness club operates entirely on a culture of intimidation, retaliation, and fear. Here is the reality of what your money buys: Zero Tolerance for Feedback: Do not dare mention the freezing pools, broken air conditioning, or poor maintenance. Instead of fixing operational issues, the GM treats polite, legitimate complaints as personal attacks and will unilaterally cancel your membership with zero notice or explanation. Police Intimidation Tactics: If you attempt to resolve a civil dispute calmly in person, the GM's go-to move is to weaponize local law enforcement. Calling the police on paying, professional clients over minor disagreements is humiliating, hostile, and completely unacceptable. Severe Data Privacy (GDPR) Risks: This is a massive red flag for any executive or diplomat. During disputes, management allegedly accesses and leverages sensitive personal and professional files. Your data is not safe here, and this behavior exposes the club to catastrophic compliance liabilities. Predatory Administration: The back office operates as a financial trap. Prepare yourself for "lost" payment records, unexpected hidden fees, and strategic delays when you finally try to cancel. Public Gaslighting: I fully expect the standard copy-paste response from management below claiming that I "was never a member" or am "not in the system." This is their habitual, dishonest PR strategy to discredit reviewers. Like many others, I have years of signed contracts and bank statements perfectly preserved for Test-Achats, SPF Economie, and the Data Protection Authority. The frontline staff are wonderful but look visibly terrified and embarrassed by the leadership. The relaxing, luxury atmosphere you are paying for has been completely destroyed by the GM's inability to handle even the slightest constructive criticism. Verdict: Arnaud Micheels is a massive reputational and financial liability to the Aspria brand. Save your money, your privacy, and your dignity. Go straight to David Lloyd, L’Usine, or Waer Waters until corporate completely overhauls the leadership at this location.

We had such an amazing time at this hotel. We were a group of 10 people traveling for business and we stayed for 1 week. The service level here is very high and each and every employee we met went above and beyond to make this a great experience. Everywhere we went we were met with smiles and positivity. I travel 1-3 times per month all over the world, and I can honestly say that the stay here at Aspria is in my top 3 experiences. The rooms are really nice, and the food was amazing too. Thank you to the whole Aspria team from emagine Consulting Group
