MAP Boutique Hotel

Our collaboration with the Map Hotel for the organization of a business meeting on 5/5/2026 was truly impeccable. Everything went extremely well, with high professionalism, immediate response and excellent service at every stage of the organization. The space, the facilities, as well as the quality of the food and coffee were wonderful and perfectly functional for the needs of the event, creating a particularly pleasant and professional atmosphere. We would like to warmly thank Mrs. Spanou and all the staff for the impeccable cooperation, kindness and excellent support throughout the organization. We highly recommend the hotel.

Difficult to find more arrogant staff. Be prepared to sustain 25C in your room with the AC for hours. Parking is not on site.

Overall is good. They have an issue with the central heating and AC. It was impossible to set up the room temperature

The street noise (cars constantly honking, motorcyclists...around the clock) and various festivals nearby are incredibly disruptive to the carousels and the cheering/screaming children from the carousels! Never again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at MAP Boutique Hotel in the center of Nicosia. The service was outstanding from start to finish - the staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience feel special. The spa and gym facilities are top-notch: modern, clean, and very well maintained - perfect for both relaxation and staying active during your stay. The restaurant truly deserves special praise. The food was exceptional, and the team working there made it even better with their professionalism and warm attitude. Easily one of the highlights of the hotel. Highly recommended - I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, beautiful spaces, central location, excellent staff!!! Restaurant 10/10

I had a great stay for 2 nights in the „Essential Room“ The room was beautiful designed, the surfaces (floor, walls, mirrors) the artworks on the walls and the view matched perfectly. The layout of the room was very unique (Room 201) I really loved everything about it. I also felt that the interface of all functions such as light, AC, curtains worked pretty well, was easy to understand. Needless to say that everything was very clean! The staff was very friendly and also available for a little chat. Thanks a lot! The breakfast was included and a la cart! Super delicious with a great selection for everyone’s taste. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The location is very central and great! There's just one small downside. It's quite noisy because the hotel is on pretty busy street. But with the windows closed, it's very quiet because they're very well insulated. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

On our trip in November 21/11 to 24/11 2025 to Cyprus we had the pleasure of staying at MAP Boutique Hotel, a very nice hotel with very kind and helpful staff such as Emelia and Elias and the other guys at the reception as well as Yiannis at the hotel restaurant.
