Nice rooms in a hotel located very centrally in Odense.

Booked a dog room and was assigned a room out in the yard by the parking lot. Felt like a basement. Woke up at half past five in the morning by a lot of noise from breakfast preparation. Wall to wall and it was noisy until eight. We complained and got some compensation. Not a dog friendly hotel.

Hotel Review (1 night stay) The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Complimentary breakfast, coffee, and drinks were always available, which was a nice benefit. There is also parking available if needed. The location is convenient, as it is close to the city and easily accessible on foot. The room size was mentioned during booking, but it felt smaller than expected. Once the suitcase was opened, there was very little space left to move around. The mattress was not particularly comfortable. Because the room is compact, the air can feel stuffy if not ventilated frequently. However, opening the window leads directly to a street, so outside noise becomes noticeable. Traffic, people, and birds could be heard at all hours, including early morning. As someone who is sensitive to noise, this made it difficult to sleep well, even after taking melatonin. I found myself waking up frequently during the night. Overall, the hotel has clear strengths in service and convenience, but those who are sensitive to noise or prefer more spacious rooms may want to take this into consideration.
