AUTOTUNED: The Orchestra of Cars

Friday, 04 September 2026 · 20:00 – 21:00 fringe.ee, Tallinn, Estonia

About the event

Eight cars become musical instruments in a unique spatial sound installation where technology, composition, and live performance merge into one immersive experience. Created by Italian electronic composer and sound artist Paolo F. Bragaglia, AUTOTUNED transforms an open urban space into a living musical environment. The cars are arranged in a circle, each one playing a different layer of a specially composed musical work. At the centre of the installation, Paolo F. Bragaglia and award-winning Italian composer and pianist Matteo Ramon Arevalos perform live, creating a dialogue between electronic sound, acoustic instruments, and the surrounding space. Instead of sitting in front of a traditional stage, the audience is invited to walk around and between the cars, discovering different perspectives of the music as the sound changes with every step. AUTOTUNED is a free immersive sound experience where cars become instruments and the city becomes part of the composition. Compositions by: Paolo F. Bragaglia Matteo Ramon Arevalos Arashk Azizi Nikita Menkov / Alexandra Kostareva Serena Abrami Enrico Vitali Enrico Pierantognetti Gianluca Gentili #tallinnfringe2026
