About the event

On the occasion of November 11, 2026, we are offering a great cycling tour between Lille and Ypres (Belgium), on a route of approximately 80 km round trip.
This tour will combine sport, remembrance, and conviviality, with a route passing through the roads of Flanders and several emblematic sites related to World War I in the Ypres region.
British soldiers crossing the Ypres Canal, 1914
On the program, we will cross or discover in particular:

Mont Sorrel, site of a major battle where Canadian troops paid a heavy price.
Hill 62 / Sanctuary Wood, with its trenches, preserved tunnels, and terrain still marked by shell craters.
Hooge Crater Cemetery, a Commonwealth military cemetery regrouping nearly 6,000 graves, including many unidentified.
The Menin Gate in Ypres, a major monument bearing the names of thousands of soldiers missing without known burial.
Hill 60 and Caterpillar Crater, an impressive war landscape marked by underground explosions in 1917.
ComingWorldRememberMe, a memorial artwork symbolizing the hundreds of thousands of victims of World War I in Belgium.
