Lille Pride — Marche des Fiertés
About This Event
Lille Pride, the city's Marche des Fiertés, is the yearly LGBTQIA+ march in Lille. Collectif Fiertés Lille Pride organises it as a group of local associations. The first march took place in the late 1990s with about 1,000 people, and 2026 was the 29th edition.
The march sets off at 2pm on a Saturday. A Pride Village with association stands is open from 11am to 7pm on Place François Mitterrand, in the Euralille district. In 2026 the march left from avenue Le Corbusier and went along rue Faidherbe to the Grand Place. The city also runs a wider Mois des fiertés from mid-May to mid-June. Mayor Arnaud Deslandes marched in 2026.
Access is well planned. In 2026 the village and route were wheelchair accessible, and there was a quiet area, French Sign Language interpretation and a calmer section of the march. The official party that night was at the Bazaar Saint-So, with an after-party at Bus Magique the next day. Ilévia bus lines 10 and 14 were diverted.
The 29th edition on 30 May 2026 ran under the slogan « Nos fiertés sont sans frontières ». The Nord prefecture counted 6,300 marchers, down from 7,200 in 2025. The 2027 date hadn't been announced when we checked.
