Another wonderful evening in this beautiful place. A wonderful welcome, the owner took the time to explain everything to us, and the location was peaceful. The bedding was top-notch. Simple but complete breakfast. Spacious jacuzzi. Easy-to-use sauna. I highly recommend this place for a romantic evening.

Very expensive for the service, the welcome was unacceptable for €289, there was hair, dust, and torn sheets, a lack of attention to the client(s), and regarding discretion, the manager is exaggerating, judging by a client's comment. Sir, you should get your house in order before my visit, with the possibility of enforcement... and your breakfast...lol, a joke... we're not children. A stale croissant, Chocapic cereal, and a cheap coffee... This service in the southwest, with better quality and discretion, costs €190 including service and a FRESH breakfast.

Hello, I spent a night there from Saturday to Sunday. The room was full of problems: broken fridge, sheets with cigarette burns... the hostess in the kitchen, which was never cleaned... only two towels available in the room... yellowish pillowcase, one coffee pod per person... on top of that, you have to leave your ID as a deposit and leave the room at noon, not before the cleaning lady arrives... I've never seen anything like it in my life... for 250 euros when it's not even worth 100 euros... please review and renovate this place, this rip-off of customers... and the bathroom was a disaster to top it all off... avoid at all costs! I should have read the reviews before booking. Good luck to the next ones

Nothing good happened with the booking. First, the host hadn't received my reservation, so the room I paid for wasn't available. He offered me a solution by selling it to me as the one I had booked and giving me a bottle of champagne as compensation. The room was actually 20 minutes away from the one I had booked, even though he told me it was only 8 minutes away... Upon arrival, the room was nothing like the one I had booked. We ended up at his place, in a furnished studio apartment with a bed, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. Nothing "romantic" as described on their website. No kitchen as advertised. No rose petals... The chandelier was falling apart, the toilet paper holder was broken, the jacuzzi lights were also broken (only three worked), and the product used in the jacuzzi was so strong it stinged my throat, and after a while, the fumes were really painful. The bed is very basic, the sheets are black... Breakfast... How can I put it? Very childish with Nesquik, milk, tea, rusks (Nutella, jam), and Kellogg's cereal... No cutlery as advertised on the website, except for a spoon and a cup. No champagne flutes, just balloon glasses... The jacuzzi couldn't even be turned off during the night, so the bubbles would start on their own and make a terrible noise... A small window in the bathroom without a blind, just covered with a beach towel because it overlooks the owners' pool... Upon departure, we had to go and collect our ID card for the security deposit. We waited 15 minutes in front of their front door because no one answered. Finally, their 10-year-old daughter answered to give us the ID card. I absolutely do not recommend this place for the price we paid!

A very bad experience because, firstly, if you have a change in circumstances, even if you give a month's notice, no refund is given... the text message exchange is brief and to the point... yet another service-oriented owner who thinks he's the king, not the customer (needless to say, in his arrogance, he doesn't answer the phone)... once we finally found a date so as not to waste the night, we ended up in the middle of an industrial area... the room itself was okay. Breakfast consisted of industrial chocolate croissants and only one coffee capsule... The best part is yet to come: the customer doesn't leave when they want!! Your ID is held hostage the day before by the woman who opens the room, who assures you that when you want to leave, you have to send a text message and they'll come and return it. At the time of departure (which I intended), the text message went unanswered, the cleaning lady arrived later and decided to check us out, but couldn't find my ID!!! She reassured me, saying the owner would take it to Marseille (LOL)... In the end, I lost my ID card, which I got a new one for this week, and of course... no answer on the phone when I asked for a refund for the cost of replacing it!!! When audacity and arrogance create a love room, you get THE VIP NIGHT... except the VIP is the owner, not the customer, I assure you. Book somewhere else, that's my advice.

Having stayed in places like this before, I can honestly say this one is a disaster. I didn't read the previous reviews before booking, and I should have, as they largely reflect the truth. - First, there were no petals or decorations like in the listing or photos. - I asked if breakfast was included, and what I got was a child's lunch with miniature cereal boxes, Capri Sun snacks, and a bottle of milk. When I asked where the breakfast was, I was told it was basic because it was "free." For the price, breakfast should be included and should be a proper meal. Not even orange juice! - No bottled water either. - No hand soap, not even shower gel. - The shower is completely rusty, and there are no bathrobes, just poor-quality towels. - The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were a disaster, full of holes. - The humidity in the room was awful, despite the "dehumidifier." - And to top it all off, I called a week in advance and again the day before to tell them I would be there at 6 PM, and then again a few hours before on the day itself. The owner was 40 minutes late. So I waited around for 40 minutes, making myself late for my partner's surprise. I clearly told the owner that he had completely ruined my plans because of his delay, which was originally supposed to be 10 minutes. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. In short, if you don't provide any "standard" amenities like water or soap, it would be good to specify this and not advertise breakfast as included! It's better to say nothing than to advertise something so ridiculous. The listing doesn't reflect the actual service at all. I really don't recommend it.

The price is far too high for the service. Breakfast was a rip-off. One capsule per person, synthetic croissants, Frosties cereal, and Caprisun fruit juice. Definitely don't order the €50 meal. The room is clean, but the decor is uninspiring. No bathrobes. Many rusty parts indicate a lack of maintenance. Having seen several rentals of this type, there are much cheaper options for better quality. Avoid.

What a rip-off! Breakfast consisted of Frosties cereal, croissants and pain au chocolat, and Capri Sun juice—it was like a child's breakfast… Rust everywhere on the bed and in the bathroom… No internet connection, no Wi-Fi, and the host tells you to use a tethering service—what a joke… 😂 And the bedding? Don't even get me started—just two pillows and a headboard that's crumbling. The bed creaks every time you move or turn… The listing description said wine and champagne were included, but there was none of that… Not even a bottle of water… And all this for over €250! Total thieves! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Total scam!!!! The room had a jacuzzi and was clean overall. The massage service offered on the website was neither provided nor refunded! Unbelievable! The manager is dishonest and unrecognizable, apparently too tired to come and try to resolve the issues. He prefers to leave everything to his employee, who is completely innocent! And to top it all off, the breakfast was like something a four-year-old would eat (see photo). You expect better when you pay €200 for a room! Indeed, I was given this voucher; we call that a gift... the voucher is valid for two years, so we were within the time limit... a free room? You must be dreaming! We paid for it, just like we paid for the massage... which we didn't even receive!
