5star for what I paid for, comfort, clean. Thin wall and no elevator. Works for me tho.

Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected much better. The location is okay, but otherwise, there's no soundproofing; you can hear everything in the other rooms. No air conditioning, so my window had to stay open all night, which meant mosquitoes and flies in the room. The toilet was disgusting, with hair everywhere, even on the walls. There was hair on the sheets too; it looked like they'd already been used and hadn't been changed. There was too much humidity in the toilet, so the walls were just as filthy, not to mention the shower head, which was absolutely disgusting. For the price, there are much better options elsewhere.

Adaquate for our stay. There is a Metro station 1 minute from the hotel. This made it convenient to use the Metro to get where we needed to go during our stay. Service was good. The hotel is in an older building and the stairs were a challenge. They are uneven and slanted and the turns are different sizes. We are very active and averaged over 25,000 steps per day during our stay. We had to pay close attention when we were using the stairs. If you are older (we're in our 60's) or have mobility issues, I don't recommend you stay here. No elevator. If you stay out late drinking alcohol the stairs could be a problem. The room was interesting. Quality bed and pretty normal size room for a European hotel. The shower was a challenge. You had to step up into the shower. We are both about 5'-7" to 5'-8" tall and we could not raise our arms fully in the shower without hitting the ceiling. If you are 6' or taller you will not fit in the shower at all. It was also very narrow. We are both thin and kept bumping into the sides when turning to wash and rinse. Our room was one of two through a door off the main stairs. This door would slam if you didn't hold it and carefully close it slowly. It didn't slam in a way that was dangerous, but if you were in the room right inside this door you would definitely hear it every time it closed. Fortunately we were in the other room and didn't hear it.
