Sauna Le 7 sits at the heart of the Carmes quarter on Rue des Couteliers, making it easily walkable from every major gay bar in Toulouse. The facility is clean and well-maintained: steam room, hammam, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, private cabins and a darkroom, all across two compact floors. The clientele is predominantly local and regular — this is a neighbourhood sauna used by Toulouse residents, not a tourist destination — which gives it a more relaxed and familiar atmosphere. Weekday lunchtime is quiet; Thursday and Friday evenings are the busiest sessions. Entry includes towel and locker. Men only.
