Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so wonderful! We received a warm welcome, the valet was incredibly helpful 😉, the room was spotlessly clean with complimentary bottled water, and we had a great time at the bar and brasserie. Our departure was thoughtful, with a complimentary bottle of water offered for our journey home. We appreciated all these thoughtful touches, and the valet service is a real plus in this part of the Carmes district. Well done to everyone!

A wonderful stay! The rooms are lovely, with high ceilings and very comfortable mattresses. Kid-friendly too, and the location is simply stunning. We'll definitely be back!! The bartender Étienne is amazing and Sabri is lovely.

We had the opportunity to work with this establishment for a client event, combining accommodation and a meeting room. A huge thank you to the entire team in charge of the meeting spaces: impeccable organization, unfailing availability, and attention to detail truly made all the difference. Everything was perfectly prepared upon our arrival, and the team anticipated our needs throughout the day, allowing us to fully focus on our clients. Their remarkable professionalism makes us want to return! We highly recommend this hotel for any professional event.

Five stars is the highest hotel rating after the palaces. Unfortunately, this establishment falls far short of the expected standard for this category. €300 a night with breakfast for a dated room with dirty, badly damaged doors and virtually no soundproofing: we were forced to endure the revelry of the neighborhood until 2 a.m. The same was true for the food: a 20-minute wait for hummus that arrived at the end of our aperitif, a 25-minute wait at breakfast for a botched Eggs Benedict and an omelet that didn't match our order. The same thing happened with the tea: the one we ordered was no longer available, so another was served without even informing us. The most regrettable aspect is that the staff themselves are charming, smiling, and clearly doing their best. The problem seems to stem from a genuine lack of organization and management. The location is excellent, but that's not enough to justify such high prices for such a disappointing experience. We left with the feeling that we'd paid the price of a true 5-star hotel for services that weren't even half as good.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Toulouse with a spa and hammam. Excellent service, a bar with a lovely outdoor area, a brasserie, and a gourmet restaurant for discerning palates.
