Absolutely abysmal. The room was okay, furnished, but the light flickered terribly, there was no nightlight, no wardrobe, just a coat rack, and the walls were incredibly thin. It was only superficially clean. The shared bathroom was truly the worst. So small you could turn around in a circle, no decent shelf space or clean hooks, you practically had to step over the toilet to get into a shower that was dark and tiny, also without any shelf space, and had mold and a filthy shower tray. It was probably better that it was so dark; I didn't want to see any more. The toilet was anything but clean, and the overall smell... well, like urine and dampness... I'm simply appalled, glad to be leaving, and sad and horrified that I spent money on something like this. I didn't see any staff, and there weren't any fresh towels either... simply a disaster.
