Magni Boutique Hotel
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location in a beautiful historic district, with many noting the friendly and accommodating staff. However, common complaints include issues with the building's age, such as uneven floors or steps within rooms, and difficulties with parking. Some guests also found the beds to be too hard and the blinds insufficient for blocking morning light.

We stayed at this hotel for my sister's wedding... Since we have two small children (5 and 7 years old), my sister booked us a suite because of the extra beds. And we really want to give it a strong recommendation! The room on the top floor (306) was absolutely perfect... huge, modern, and spotlessly clean! The bathroom was super spacious and large, even with a bathtub AND a shower! A true 10/10! We were also very impressed with the breakfast... a pleasant room and a delicious buffet... very good homemade treats, like egg salad, Greek salad, and a truly excellent fruit salad. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is also very nice and centrally located. The only downside: Since it was incredibly hot that weekend, we really missed having air conditioning in the room. But the hotel was very helpful and provided fans in all the rooms. All in all, we definitely want to come back!!
The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Unfortunately, I don't speak foreign languages well, so he went upstairs with me to open the door for me 🫣. The view and location are excellent. The only thing missing is a safe, but there's a Bible in the drawer, so it's the same 😀.
Located right in the historic half-timbered house district of Magni, this small hotel is distinguished by its excellent service, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and while some signs of age are visible, they don't detract from the overall comfort. The new windows in front of the older casement windows keep out the pub-like atmosphere. We were allowed to bring our dog, which was great. A few minor suggestions for improvement: a food bowl for the dog would be helpful, and perhaps a dog towel (which we didn't need on this dry weekend). The antenna cable should be plugged into the TV and the channels already tuned. I had to perform a new channel scan on the TV, search for the relevant channels, and filter out the pay channels – this could be improved.
Excellent service, especially at breakfast; terrible internet and TV signal
Awesome location. Right in the heart of Braunschweig's old town. Nostalgia meets modernity. I'm already itching to go back.
