"The gatekeepers, the so-called legends, Ya boys gonna let the girls play?", sang Dream Wife last year at the FAC Festival, and the question resonates, so we're doing it again – louder, more diverse, and more explosive!

The FAC Festival sees itself as a declaration of war against cis-male dominance on stages: A loud FAC (fuck) in the direction of all the gatekeepers in the event industry! What better way to do that than with a 1-day festival featuring outstanding FLINTA* artists.

This time, the FAC Festival combines musical acts and networking with a lineup of Hip Hop, Noise Rock, Grunge Rock, and Punk, and to crown it all, we unite all our voices for the big FAC choir and conquer the stage. Because we need more space for FLINTA* on stages!

Lineup

Şeyda Kurt worked for Zeit Online and Deutschlandfunk Kultur, among others, as well as for podcasts, including the award-winning production "190220 – One Year After Hanau." In 2021, her bestseller "Radikale Zärtlichkeit. Warum Liebe politisch ist" (Radical Tenderness. Why Love is Political) was published, and in 2023, the bestseller "HASS. Von der Macht eines widerständigen Gefühls" (HATE. On the Power of a Resilient Feeling). Now she has written her first novel. In "Zeit der Monster" (Time of Monsters), Şeyda Kurt asks between furious epic and colorful pop, between existential opera and warmest soap opera, what opportunities lie in the disintegration of all orders.
