Given the current and rapid rise of right-wing ideologies in recent years, antifeminist narratives are also becoming louder again – Antifeminist movements are specifically trying to dismantle achievements of equality and reintroduce traditional hierarchical gender relations. What are the implications for the lives of girls? What does it mean when the structural conditions for girls worsen again and a social climate is promoted in which (sexualized) violence is increasingly trivialized and legitimized?

This training will cover basic knowledge about antifeminism, its manifestations, and actors. The connections between antifeminism, sexism, and racism will also be examined. Together with the participants, we will work out the role of antifeminism in girls' work and how we can counteract it.
