Em visits her best friend in Melbourne. The two twentysomethings have reached a turning point in their lives in their own ways, without knowing where to go next. Em, because her supposed dream job is characterized by an exploitative and misogynistic climate; and Jessie, because she is in a vacuum after her breakup. The friends spend their time together strolling through the city and observing themselves and others.
The debut film by Australian writer, director, and editor Sophie Somerville celebrated its world premiere in the FORUM section on February 15, 2025, at the Delphi Filmpalast in Berlin and received the Caligari Prize there, which is jointly awarded by the municipal cinemas and the streaming service filmfriend. The protagonists Emmanuelle Mattana and Melissa Gan contributed to the screenplay.

Sophie Somerville is an Australian writer, director, and editor based in Melbourne. Her short films have been shown at festivals around the world, including the Telluride Film Festival and the London Short Film Festival.
