With the guiding theme "Forever Legit?", the Reeperbahn Festival Conference from September 16 to 19, 2026, addresses the challenges and future questions of a music industry in transition. International experts, artists, and decision-makers will discuss how cultural relevance, economic sustainability, and social responsibility can be considered together in a rapidly changing world and between generations.

A special meeting point is the Ukrainian Reception on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Alte Liebe, where festival guests can meet the delegation and make new contacts with the Ukrainian music scene.

The role of culture in times of social crises will also be addressed in the conference program. The session "Music beyond the stage: When artists take on new roles" (September 18, 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, east Hotel) highlights how the tasks of cultural creators change under extraordinary circumstances.
