The bouncers here are extremely racist. I seen he allowed even single white guys without group. But he didn’t allowed brown/black. Avoid this shitty place the first thing in Düsseldorf.

I used to go there quite often a few years ago, and again last weekend. The atmosphere has changed. The bouncers seemed irritable, but the girl at the cash register was very friendly. The bar staff seemed extremely stressed and became increasingly unfriendly over time. Overall, though, it was a fun place, and it was quite full.

The place is okay, but your DJ is truly awful. That balding guy is worse than no DJ at all and a decent playlist.

Did not let us in because we did not know german, quite illegal but police did not care, serious offense for a german establishment but more neglectful for german police, which we did ask personally.

Had a really enjoyable night at Papagayo Club Düsseldorf. The entrance and signage are easy to spot, and inside it felt upbeat and well-organized. The vibe is exactly what you want from a club: lively crowd, good sound, and enough space to actually enjoy the music. Staff were friendly and efficient, and drinks came quickly. Big plus: happy hour runs from 20:00 to 22:00, and cocktails were €5.90—great value for the quality. If you’re looking for a fun place for cocktails and a party atmosphere, this one is worth it
