Good hotel, very centrally located near the train station and only a 10-minute walk to the city center. Friendly service, great staff, and excellent rooms and breakfast.
The furnishings are a bit dated. The breakfast room is somewhat cramped. The hotel is part of a residential building and is called a boarding house. The price-performance ratio might be okay—we were there for Japan Day, when it's probably a bit more expensive.
As a hotel where Japanese people stay, I feel very safe. Breakfast includes white rice, natto, miso soup, etc., which is very comforting.
Our room was great. It was warm, but with the fantastic weather we had, that was no surprise. There was an air conditioner to keep us cool. I really liked the room's design. It was my favorite color. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. There was always someone available at reception. The room was easily walkable from the train station with luggage.
This is my second time staying here. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again. It's clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is near Immermannstraße/the main train station. In my opinion, the prices are fair and even a bit lower than what other hotels in the area charge.
A decent hotel, although a bit pricey because it was during a big trade fair. Well connected and very clean. The reception staff were very helpful.
