Very friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms face the courtyard and include a balcony, so they're nice and quiet!

Friendly staff, good food, very old-fashioned furniture, very poor Wi-Fi, if any at all.

Everything is great for the location. Very clean and great staff. Everything is easily accessible from here, including the old town, the Königsallee, and much more. Perfect for partygoers.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Due to COVID and travel warnings, we cannot and do not want to travel as a group. The hotel is refusing to cancel, and a voucher as an alternative is out of the question (no insolvency protection, no price guarantee). All attempts to contact the hotel are fruitless. Booking.com is simply making excuses. Not recommended at all!

Very clean hotel. The room furnishings are indeed dated, but that's okay considering the reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and went to great lengths to spoil us and the children at breakfast (and to show us the way to the beautiful parts of the city). Thank you so much!!

The room is cold. Maybe it's because it's an old building... If you want to experience an old-fashioned atmosphere, I recommend staying for one night.
