About this place Hotel Acon

Hotel Acon is a mainstream mid-range hotel on Mintropstraße in Düsseldorf, a few minutes' walk from the main station. It is listed as gay-friendly and the previous claim that it was built with LGBTQ+ travellers in mind has no support. Its practical value is the location: trains, trams and the U-Bahn are close by, and the old town and Königsallee are easy to reach. Reviews are mixed (3.5 on Google), so read recent comments on rooms and noise before booking. The streets right around the station are busy late at night. Düsseldorf's gay bars are mostly in and near the Altstadt, a short tram ride away.
