Very good price for a small but very clean room. Positive that it is very close to the train station by foot (600-700 meters) and right in the city center

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked a double room but received a single bed instead – this does not match my booking and is unacceptable. Furthermore, the room was extremely noisy. I could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms – conversations, phone calls, and even everyday activities. It was louder than a hostel, making any peace or relaxation impossible. I expect significantly more comfort and privacy from a hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night and had a really pleasant experience. The location is great and super convenient, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean and comfortable. It felt like a nice, cozy place to relax after a long day. Definitely a good choice if you're in the area! 😇

Admittedly, it's a basic hotel. But our room on the 6th floor (with a lift) was clean and a good size. The room and bathroom have been thoughtfully renovated. Clean and tidy. So far, so good. The price of €112 plus a €6 tourist tax is okay. A big plus and extra tip: Shawarma City is right across the corner. Just order the chicken shawarma and the evening ends perfectly!

I usually read reviews on Google. After reading some of the reviews here, I was surprised. When I arrived, everything was really good. I didn't see anything bad that some people are writing about here. The room is nice, the water is hot, and there is internet. The technical service employee was very helpful and helped me connect my laptop to the large TV. The linen is clean. I didn't look in the deepest corner behind the radiator under the baseboard; probably only people who are unhealthy would do that.

Elevator out of service for more than half the time (9 PM to 10 AM). No breakfast available. Poor cleaning. Overpriced for what it was.

The hotel's location is really good, however, parking is a challenge. Parking spaces cannot be reserved, so you need a bit of luck to find a spot. The reception staff were friendly at check-in. However, the elevator is only available between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. – rather inconvenient for a room on the 5th floor. The room itself was well-equipped, but there was only one towel, no bath mat, and no small hand towel. Furthermore, the room is very noisy from the hallway; playing children made sleeping in impossible. Somewhat inconvenient: The reception doesn't open until 10 a.m. on Sundays, which makes check-out more complicated.

The room was okay. Clean and had everything you need. However, the front door was left open at night and no staff were available. One evening, a homeless person was in the hallway. The stairwell is dirty and smelled terribly of fish on the first day. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a woman traveling alone.

I'm almost speechless trying to describe this room, or perhaps decency prevents me from using the words I actually need. Sheer disgust washes over you when you enter this "bathroom." Mold on the walls and shower curtain, pubic hair from previous guests, and dried toilet paper in the shower are just the highlights. I also found a used tissue or two in the bedroom. If I hadn't only noticed it late in the evening, and if changing the towels hadn't been unrealistic anyway, I would have turned right around and left the room. As it was, the only option was to avoid the bathroom (even the towels didn't inspire confidence) and escape as early as possible the next morning, heading straight for the shower at home. Although, decontamination would have been more appropriate. In addition, copies of ID cards, including all personal data, are displayed for everyone to see as a "Wall of Shame" of banned guests. I only noticed this when I was leaving the hotel; otherwise, I wouldn't have checked in at all.
