Hotel Falkenseer Hof

Very disappointed with this hotel. The reception was particularly unfriendly. Business is clearly the priority here, and customer satisfaction is a secondary concern. The rooms are very small. The only positive aspect is the generous breakfast, but at this price, you'd expect that!

We had a wonderful time here in a lovely, cozy hotel with very friendly staff. The food was absolutely delicious! Thank you for letting us have such a lovely stay!

A beautiful, meticulously maintained courtyard, designed with great attention to detail. You immediately sense the effort and passion that has gone into it – you feel like you're in a little haven or oasis. A huge compliment for that! We highly recommend this hotel. The hotel's restaurant is also highly recommended. Breakfast is reserved for hotel guests, but lunch and dinner are also available to the public. The food is delicious, and it's especially convenient to have everything right there. Our room was very clean, cozy, and charmingly furnished. The beds with their comfortable mattress toppers ensured a restful sleep. The peaceful location further contributes to the wonderful opportunity to unwind and relax. The owners are very friendly, approachable, and pleasant to talk to, making you feel instantly welcome. You can tell they put a lot of dedication into their work. We would love to come back.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and a good size. Our ground-floor room even had blinds! 👍👍 The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

I submitted a non-binding inquiry via the Hotel & Restaurant Falkensee website to check availability. However, without my explicit confirmation, this inquiry was treated as a binding booking. The booking confirmation ended up in my spam folder, so I was unaware of it. Unfortunately, despite my explanation, the hotel offered no leniency. I would appreciate it if the booking process were communicated more clearly and transparently in the future to avoid such misunderstandings.
