Everything was fine. We were a group of three for one night in the apartment. It's centrally located above a supermarket. The apartment was clean, the bathroom was new and very well-maintained. There's a small kitchenette and a table in the hallway for sitting together. The service was good and check-in went smoothly.

A very clean and very spacious holiday apartment

The apartment had everything I needed to survive and was clean, but next time I'd prefer a hotel with a bit more life. It wasn't what I expected. The apartment was so sterile and therefore felt very bare. Really uncomfortable. There was a TV in one of the bedrooms that was supposed to work via Wi-Fi, but it was completely messed up and I couldn't connect to it. Not even to the regular free-to-air channels.

I regularly stay in Osnabrück while working. The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of all the important places in the city center. The neighborhood has a somewhat adventurous feel, especially in the evenings, but it's safe and quiet. Due to the poor soundproofing in a 1950s building, the apartment is noisy when other night-owls are present. The apartment is equipped with the essentials, nothing more, but the price-performance ratio is good. The beds are too soft for my taste, but tolerable. Access via a keycode is initially annoying each time – but apparently a consequence of guests repeatedly failing to return the house and apartment keys that were in use two years ago. The rental agency is reliably reachable by phone, even late at night and on weekends, and is always friendly, though not always helpful. If things need repairing on-site, it's unlikely to happen for several days. In conclusion: despite the aforementioned shortcomings, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages for me, which is why I've been a regular guest for the past five years.

The apartment is quite simply furnished, but it was sufficient for us since we were only there in the evenings due to our studies. We had expected a living room, which was a bit of a disappointment. The kitchen is well-equipped enough to get by. The service was fine; they had to come to the apartment once to repair the TV, but everything went smoothly, and we were notified well in advance. The access system worked well for us and was easy to use. The location is fantastic; you can walk to the city center in 5 minutes, and the university is about a 10-minute drive away.

Cheaply and carelessly furnished. The internet-based door entry system is a joke. The bed squeaks when you move. I was also expecting a living room, which isn't clearly stated in the description. There are various odd cable arrangements in the rooms. The kitchen countertop kept falling off. The entire apartment could be cleaner. Otherwise, the location is good. You can quickly get to the city center and anywhere by car. Parking is quite expensive, as local parking lots are really pricey.
