Who we are ​ Emantes – International Lgbtqia+ Solidarity is a Social Cooperative Enterprise that was founded in July 2018 by experienced volunteers on the LGBTQIA+ refugee field and LGBTQIA+ refugees and it is based in Athens, Greece. Emantes was created as the response of the expressed needs and wishesthat emerged from participatory bottom-up sessions of the “Lgbtqia+ Refugees Welcome” collective founded in 2016 by activists and asylum seekers inAthens.
