About this place Athens Pride (Organisation)
Athens Pride is the all-volunteer non-profit that organises the annual Athens Pride festival and parade, held every June at Syntagma Square in front of the Greek Parliament. First staged in 2005 and formally registered in 2006, it has grown into the largest LGBTQ+ event in Southeast Europe, drawing tens of thousands. Beyond the parade it runs cultural and political events year-round and is the central contact point for the city's Pride week.
